Have an expert evaluate bids for branding projects

Before you spend $25,000 to $250,000 or more with a creative agency or consultancy on a branding initiative, let us evaluate the bids you receive.  We will look at the proposed work and scope, the branding insights, the bidding companies and the bid structure and give you an impartial opinion.  For larger bids, we can also conduct reference checks and even renegotiate bids.

How We Evaluate Bids

Evaluation

We will look at your proposed project and the underlying need.  We will look at your RFP and other brand documents to understand what you’re trying to accomplish.

Bid Analysis

We will look at three bids (more at an additional cost) for your project and assess:

  1.  Will the proposed project solve your problem?
  2. Is staffing (if detailed) appropriate for the project?
  3. Are you getting the right time commitment from key personnel at the agency?
Bid Ranking

Based on the structure and price, we will rank-order your bids.

Agency Analysis (Optional)

We will assess the reputation of each bidding agency and check references.  We will re-rank bids based on this assessment.

Recommendation

We will provide a written recommendation of which bid to accept if we believe at least one is fair and will meet the objective for a fair price.

How Does it Work?

  • Give Us Your Bids

    We will need all of your bids as well as up to 50 pages of additional brand documents that can shed light on the underlying brand issues.

  • Initial Consultation

    After an initial review of your bids and data, we will schedule a consultation to ask questions and get more information where needed.

  • Bid Analysis

    We will analyze the bids and contract background and reference checks if you have opted for them.

  • Recommendations

    After conducting our review, we will schedule a meeting to offer our recommendations.   You may choose to receive our recommendations in writing if you wish.

  • Renegotiation

    For an additional fee, we will renegotiate your bid if we believe we can obtain a better value for you.
